The gourmet beauty box | September 2014 | Shanda G.

HI everyone! Happy holidays! It's been a super long time since my last post. I hope to redeem myself in my next post. But I wanted to get this post out before christmas. I was sent this box from **Gourmet body treats a few months back and I've been using the products for the past two months. So, I'm going to share with you all my thoughts on them. Let's get started.
As you can see in the picture here the box is packaged with something resembling nesting hay. I thought it was really cute and went along well with the organic theme of the products.

The first product here is the plumping lip gloss it is a pink color and has a minty smell. The product packaging is simple and to the point.
After Trying: I found this to sting a bit, but it wasn't overwhelming. When applied the color was clear so you could easily wear this with other colors without distorting them.

Hey! A vegan eyepencil! I thought this was cool. I was excited to give this a try.
After Trying: I love that this is very gentle on the eye. It was very smooth and easy to apply. The color is  black. If only I could keep my line straight.

The next item shown  is this organic keratin treatment. It is supposed to make you hair smooth and moisturized.
After Trying: This product was a bit watery to me. I thought it would be oily but to my surprise it wasn't. I did like it after a few tries. I found that if i used it as a leave in treatment it worked well.
The GBT Clarifying Serum came in a small tube. It looked sort of like a gel to me.
After Trying: As I said it had the consistency of a gel. It went on smooth and had no smell that i could detect. My skin did well with it. There was only enough to try it for two nights , so I could not tell you if it will reduce future breakouts. Other than that it seems like a nice quality product.
Vanilla Mint Shampoo
After Trying: This had a nice light scent more vanilla than mint in my opinion. It had a nice lather and rinsed well.
GBT natural eyeshadow I received this in a light coffee color. It is in a small pop top container in a loose powder form.
After Trying: I applied this with a brush and it went on so smooth and effortlessly. The color was intense and easy to blend.
Below you will find the price points for these items in their full size.

Well I hope you all enjoyed  and found it informative. Thank you so much for taking the time to read my post. Please share this all over the web. Don't forget to follow me for more post like this.  Have any of you tried **Gourmet beauty Box? Let me know what you think in the comments.
